NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN THE VILLAGE OF BRADLEY, ILLINOIS Notice is hereby given that the Village of Bradley Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 2, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bradley Municipal Building, 147 S. Michigan Avenue, Bradley, Illinois 60915, on the question of whether or not to recommend approval of a Special Use Permit for motor vehicle sales to allow for the operation of a new car dealership for certain property located within the corporate boundaries of the Village (the “Subject Property”).
