BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CRYSTAL LAKE, MCHENRY COUNTY, ILLINOIS IN THE MATTER OF THE PETITION OF Pulte Home Company, LLC LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that, in compliance with the Unified Development Ordin-ance of the City of Crystal Lake, Illinois, a public hearing will be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission upon the application by Matt Brolley with Pulte Home Company, LLC, as contract purchaser of the property commonly known as 275 South Main Street, Crystal Lake, Illinois 60014 (PINs: 19-04-152-003, 19-04-176-003, 19-04-152-004, 19-04-176-004) (the "Property"). The Property is owned by Curran Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation and Main Street Crossing Development, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (collectively the "Property Owners"). With the authorization of the Property Owners, the application has filed for the purpose of seeking the following approvals pursuant to Articles 3, 4, and 9 of the Unified Development Ordin-ance: 1.) Final Planned Unit Development; 2.)
