NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 
BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE 
OF THE DIETERICH FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Dieterich Fire Protection District, Effingham and Jasper Counties, Illinois for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2026 and ending April 30, 2027 will be on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the Fire Station in Dieterich, Illinois from and after 8:00 p.m., May 12, 2026.

Notice is further given that a public hearing on said Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be held at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at the Fire Station in Dieterich, Illinois, and that final action on said Ordinance by the Board of Trustees of the Dieterich Fire Protection District shall be taken at said meeting.
