NOTICE To all parties of interest: Please be advised that Keyrock Energy LLC has applied for a Vacuum Permit to the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Vacuum will be applied to the minedout Seelyville Coal Seam, at approximately 560' to 590', at our Emrick #3 well, located at 0388N 0200E SWc SE, Section 05, Township 12N, Range 10W, Edgar County, Illinois.
