NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Village of Hazel Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at the Hazel Crest Village Hall, 3601 West 183rd Street, Hazel Crest, Illinois 60429, on May 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing is for the Grocery & Tobacco located at 17100 Dixie Highway Hazel Crest, IL 60429. The purpose of the public hearing is to propose a Special Use to the Hazel Crest Zoning Ordinance which would allow retail sales of tobacco products and similar uses to locate as tenants in properties zoned B-2 under certain circumstances. A copy of the proposed Special Use is available for public inspection at the office of the Village Manager. All interested parties will be heard at the public hearing.
