LEGAL NOTICE Goodings Grove School, 12914 W. 143rd Street Stormwater Modification (HG-2601-MAS) Notice is hereby given that the Village Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Homer Glen Village Board Room, 14240 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen, Illinois, on the Stormwater Modification application for Homer Community Consolidated School District 33C. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a request for approval of a Modification to the Stormwater Management Section of the Land Use and Site Development Code (§ 138-6K(4)(e)) to permit the use of Underground detention for a non-commercial use (Goodings Grove School) for the expansion of the parking lot for certain real property located in the A-1 Agriculture District at 12914 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen, Illinois PIN: 16-05-02-400-011-0000.
