NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a publica meeting will be held by the Planning Board of the City of Kankakee on Tuesday evenng, March 17, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, located on the Donald E. Green Public Safety Building, 385 E Oak Street, Kankakee, Illinois 60901 or televised here: https://citykankakee-il.gov/planning.php The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a request to re-establish legal non-conforming status to operate a convenience store at 377 N Fairmont, Kankakee, IL 60901. The Property presently bears the PIN: 16-09-33-415-014 and is legally described as follows: HOBBIE HEIGHTS ADDN LOT 18 BLK 11 33-31-12E The above application (case number PB2026-3-3) is open to inspection in the Planning & Zoning Department, 275 East Court Street, Suite 201, Kankakee, Illinois 60901.
