NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING A PROPOSED BOUNDARY
AMENDMENT TO THE BLOOMINGTON - NOR-
MAL ENTERPRISE ZONE Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that a public hearing will be held by the Bloomington-Normal Economic Development Council (BNEDC), in their capacity as the Bloomington-Normal Enterprise Zone Administrator at 3:00pm on Thursday, April 30th The hearing will be held at the BNEDC offices located at 200 West College Avenue, Suite 402, in Normal, IL 61761. The purpose of the hearing Is to discuss a proposed boundary amendment to the Bloomlngton-Normal Enterprise Zone. Copies of the current legal description of the zone as well as the map and legal description of the proposed additions and related information can or will be found at https://www.bnbiz.org/ enterprise-zone. In said public hearing, all interested persons will be given the opportunity to present oral comments and testimony regarding the aforementioned boundary amendment proposal. Any person wishing to comment at such public hearing and be heard may do so themselves or by representative attorney. Such public hearing may be adjourned or continued from time to time to another date and or location within the Zone boundaries without further notice.
