VILLAGE OF RIVERWOODS NOTICE OF HEARING The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Riverwoods will hold a public hearing on April 21, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Riverwoods Village Hall, 300 Portwine Road, Riverwoods, Illinois. At the hearing, the corporate authorities will receive testimony in regard to the execution of a proposed annexation agreement being considered pursuant to the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/11-15.1-1 (the “Annexation Agreement”). The Annexation Agreement concerns the annexation of certain territory legally described in Exhibit A below (the “Property”) into the Village of Riverwoods. An accurate map of the Property and the proposed Annexation Agreement are on file with the Village Clerk. The Property contains approximately 6.369 acres and is located on the east side of Milwaukee Avenue, at the intersection of Inverrary Lane with Milwaukee Avenue.
