NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING VILLAGE OF SOUTH ELGIN, IL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15th day of April 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, at the South Elgin Public Safety Center, 50 S. Water Street, South Elgin, Illinois, the Petitioner, WocyWacked, LLC, DBA Key Dispensary, shall appear before the South Elgin Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing to consider a petition requesting approval of a Special Use for a Cannabis Dispensary use in the B-2 Community Business District pursuant to §156.03.C Zoning Applications of the Unified Development Ordinance for the address commonly known as 554 Randall Road, South Elgin, Illinois. The property index number (PIN) for the subject property is as follows: 09-05-479-026 Additional information concerning the public hearing is available by contacting the Village of South Elgin Community Development Department at 847-741-3894; by emailing PZCPublicComment@southelgin.com; or by visiting the Community Development Department office at 10 N.
