PUBLIC INVITATION TO BID
The River Bend School District, Illinois, invites sealed bids for the construction of a new gymnasium addition at River Bend Middle School, located at 415 12th St., Fulton, IL 61252.
Bid documents, including plans and specifications, will be available beginning May 20, 2026.
A non mandatory pre bid meeting will be held on May 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., as described in the bidding documents.
Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on June 5, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at River Bend Middle School, 415 12th St., Fulton, IL 61252.
All work shall be subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds in accordance with Illinois law.
The River Bend School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process.
