ORDINANCE NO. 214AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE "CODE OF ORDINANCESOF THE CITY OF GARWIN. IOWA"BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council ofthe City of Garwin. lowa. that:SECTION 1. Pursuant to published notice and following public hearing onthe 4th day of May 2026 so required by Sections 362.3 and 380.8, Code ofIowa, there is hereby adopted by thc City of Garwin. Iowa. the "CODE OFORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GARWIN, IOWA,"SECTION 2. All of the provisions ofthe "CODE OF ORDINANCES OFTIIE CITY OF GARWIN, IOWA." shall be in force and effect on and afterthe effective date ofthis ordinance.SECTION 3.
