All the Creditors and Claimants, if any, against Bickel Land Co., L.C., an Iowa limited liability company (“Company”), are hereby notified that a Statement of Dissolution was filed with the Iowa Secretary of State on May 8, 2026, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 489.701 and 489.702 of the Iowa Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act (the “Act”).
