Motion carried 3-0.The Board noted the hiring of Conservation Natural Resource Manager Austin Walk at the rate of $26.44 per hour, effective May 11. The Board recessed from 9:20 am to 9:40 am.Sarah Janssen, Ashley Marciniak, and Jane Larkin, Iowa Primary Care Association representatives presented an overview of the state's restructured Behavioral Health System, which officially went live on July 1, 2025. They discussed the significant changes resulting from the restructuring, addressed common questions regarding system operations, Iowa PCA services, funding, billing and invoicing, Iowa HHS support, and available resources, and provided information on the System Navigation program available to all Iowans. The presentation also emphasized opportunities for collaboration to support the health of the community.Future agenda items: Drainage District #3 spraying, AMR contract, and FY26 budget amendment hearing.Rottinghaus/Carr moved to adjourn at 10:27 a.m. Motion carried 3-0.
