BOARD OF SUPERVISORSPROCEEDINGS
The Grundy County Board of Supervisors met in regular session in the Supervisors' room on May 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Chairperson Nederhoff called the meeting to order with the following members present: Schildroth, Kopsa, Pabst, and Vandehaar.The Board opened the meeting by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance.Motion was made by Schildroth and seconded by Kopsa to approve the minutes of the prior meeting. Carried unanimously.Jeff Skalberg, County Engineer, discussed department matters.Motion was made by Schildroth and seconded by Pabst to approve Utility Permit #5-4-26 for Windstream to install underground fiber on V Ave around Bridge I-11. Carried unanimously.Katie Rasmussen and Lexie Hach, Grundy Center Chamber-Main Street, discussed the courthouse use policy and the RAGBRAI event coming through Grundy Center on July 23, 2026.
