NORTH IOWA MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association was held at Miller's Landing, Humboldt, Iowa, on May 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Some members participated electronically under Iowa Code 21.8. The meeting was called to order by Vice President Steve Pick with the following Directors present:

Willemssen/Montag to appoint John Harrenstein of Webster City to the Board of Directors. Montag/Harris to approve the minutes of the April 14, 2026 Board of Directors meeting. Willemssen/Montag to approve and file the Operations Reports for March 2026. Harris/Montag to approve and file the Financial Reports for March 2026. Harris/Willemssen to approve the agreement with Harrison Renewables and ratify the CEO's signature on the agreement. Montag/Willemssen to approve the distribution of the Corn Belt deferred patronage and quick roll payments. Willemssen/Harrenstein to approve the 2026 Depository Resolution. Montag/Harrenstein to approve the Use of Public Funds Policy. Harris/Willemssen to approve a Resolution Authorizing Participation on Boards and Committees. Willemssen/Montag to approve a Resolution Designating Public Notice Location.
