President Hand called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. Roll taken and quorum
acknowledged.
II. Approve Agenda
Agenda was approved.

IV. Information/Discussion
A. Discussion on 2026-2027 Technology Services Agreement w/Heartland AEA
Snavely shared with the board on the 2026-2027 Technology services
agreement with Heartland AEA.
B. Discussion on Hiring a Search Firm for the Superintendent Vacancy
Hand shared with the board on hiring a search firm for the Superintendent
vacancy which the cost would be split 50/50 with Colo-NESCO.
V. Action Agenda
A. Approval of 2026-2027 Technology Services Agreement w/Heartland AEA
The board approved the 2026-2027 Technology services agreement with
Heartland AEA with a start date of June 1st.

B. Approval of Hiring a Search Firm for the Superintendent Vacancy
The board approved the hiring of Grundmeyer Leader Search, LLC as the
search firm for the superintendence vacancy.
