Minutes of a Special Meeting of The Board of Directors of the United Community School District May 5, 2026 CALL TO ORDER The United Community School District Board of Education held a special board meeting at 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, via onlineGoogle Meets meeting by President Jon Davis. The following members of the board answered the roll call: Jon Davis, Ben Hershey, and Kathy Toms. Lori Weyhrich and Rachael Gross were absent. Other staff present: Heather Holm, Superintendent, and Jenn Meinecke, Board Secretary. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Toms motioned to approve the agenda as presented. Hershey seconded. Motion carried 3-0. ACTION ITEM: CONTRACTS FOR CERTIFIED STAFF FY27 Hershey motioned to approve the contracts for certified staff for fiscal year 2026-2027. Toms seconded. Motion carried 3-0. ADJOURN Gross joined the meeting at 5:36 p.m. after the motion carried to approve the contracts for certified staff FY27, but before adjournment.
