NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there is now on file with the Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, the application of Duane Schlichting for a Change of Zone classification from the A-1 Agricultural District to the A-2 Agricultural Residence District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
A 2.00-acre parcel of land located on the west side of Killdeer Avenue across from 14947 Killdeer Ave, Clear Lake, IA 50428.
The Planning & Zoning Commission, after public hearing, has recommended approval of this application.
You are further notified that said final hearing on this application will be held by the Board of Supervisors on May 18, 2026 at 10:10 a.m. in the Boardroom at the Cerro Gordo County Courthouse, 220 N Washington Ave, Mason City, Iowa.
