Public Notice of Storm Water Discharge
The City of Davenport plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 – Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities.The storm water discharge will be from a fill site project located in the NE & SE ¼ of Section 34, Township 78N Range 03E, Scott County. Storm water will be discharged from overland flow and be discharged to the following streams: the Mississippi River.
