Call to Order.The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors, Fort Dodge Community School District, Fort Dodge, Iowa, was called to order by President Nelson at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the Fort Dodge Community School District's Central Office, with Secretary Utley present.
Approval of the AgendaMoved by Diane Pratt, second by Brian Pederson, to approve the Board agenda as presented. All present voting aye, motion carried.
Moved by Diane Pratt, second by Keenan Schuur, to go into Closed session under Section 21.5(1)i of the Code of Iowa "to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose appointment, hiring, performance, or discharge is being considered when a closed session is necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session." Roll Call: Zach Mason - Yes, Keenan Schuur - Yes, Molly Nelson - Yes, Emily Dencklau - Yes, Brian Pederson - Yes, Dan Scott - Yes, Diane Pratt - Yes, Motion carried (7-0).
