Public Notice Public NoticeThe Board of Supervisors of Lee County, Iowa met on Tuesday, May5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the County Administration Building, 933 Ave H,Fort Madison, Iowa. Present: Ginger Knisley, Garry Seyb, Denise Fraise,Chuck Holmes and Tim Wondra. All votes are unanimous unless indi-cated otherwise. The Board opened the meeting by reciting the Pledgeof Allegiance. On motion the Board voted to amend the agenda toadd discussion and possible action on the Supervisor's salaries. Afterdiscussion, Fraise agreed to have the discussion during a workshopinstead. Fraise withdrew her motion, seconded by Wondra. Moved byHolmes, seconded by Seyb, to approve the agenda as is. On motion theBoard voted to approve the Consent agenda which included Tuesday,April 28, 2026 Board minutes, claims for payment and a Class “C” RetailAlcohol License for Green Bay Bar & Grill, LLC for a period from May 21,2026 to Ma
