PUBLIC NOTICE OF 45-DAY COMMENT PERIOD AND
PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE 2026 AGENCY PLAN
(5-YEAR AND ANNUAL PLAN)
The Jo Daviess County Housing Authority (WCHA) is providing notice that the proposed 2026 Agency Plan, including the Five-Year Plan and Annual Plan, is available for public review.
The 45-day public comment period will begin on May 11, 2026, and will end on June 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
During the comment period, the proposed Agency Plan and all supporting documents will be available for review at the JDCHA Administrative Office located at 347 Franklin Street, Galena, IL 61036, during normal business hours.
Written comments regarding the proposed Agency Plan may be submitted to:
