Mayor Clint Davis opened the Special City Council meeting at 12:10 p.m. at the Community Center, 2200 Walnut Street, Granger, Iowa, 50109.
Roll Call: Present: Bermel, Bos, Cecak, Hall Not Present: Shryock
Hall made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Cecak. All Ayes.
Public Emergency Building Final Presentation – University of Iowa IISC Program - The University of Iowa senior design team presented its final concept for a proposed combined City Hall, Fire/EMS, and Police facility. The proposed 9,166-square-foot facility includes fire bays with future expansion capability, police and City Hall spaces, shared meeting areas, public restrooms, secure police areas, and a centrally located storm shelter/safe room.
