Iowa Valley Community School District Minutes of Special Meeting held 5.8.2026 Attendees: Voting Members: Mrs. Ellen O'Rourke via ZOOM Mrs. Jillisa Chvala via ZOOM Mrs. Bobbi Miller via ZOOM Members absent: Dan Slaymaker and Tiffany Kriegel Others present: Mr. Curt Rheingans Call to Order President Miller called the meeting to order at 8:30 am Approval of Agenda Motion made by O'Rourke Motion seconded by Chvala to approve the agenda. Voting: Unanimously Approved. 3-0 Motion carried. A motion was made by O'Rourke, seconded by Chvala to approve the 2026-2027 Certified Master Contract with the additions of a 2.03% salary increase.
