CALL TO ORDER
The Perry Community School District (PCSD) Board of Directors held a special board meeting at the Brady Library - Perry High School, 1200 18th St. Perry IA 50220.
President Linda Andorf called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM. Board Secretary Dallon Christensen called the roll.
Board Members Present – President Linda Andorf, Vice President Travis Landgrebe, and Directors Max Christensen, Eddie Diaz, and Joe Tuhn
Board Members Absent – None
Administration Present – Superintendent Clark Wicks and Executive Director of Finance and Business Services / Board Secretary Dallon Christensen.
Motion by M. Christensen, second by Landgrebe to approve the meeting agenda.
Motion carried 5-0.
PUBLIC HEARING
President Andorf opened the annual public hearing for the district's 2026-2027 certified budget at 4:30 PM. No members of the public offered comment in verbal or written form.
President Andorf closed the public hearing at 4:30 PM.
GENERAL BUSINESS
Motion by Landgrebe, second by Tuhn to approve the PCSD certified budget for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Landgrebe, second by M. Christensen to approve a public hearing on Monday, May 11 2026 at 6 PM at the Brady Library of Perry High School related to expenditures from the district's flexibility fund. Motion carried 5-0.
Motion by Landgrebe, second by M. Christensen to approve the PCSD Special Education Service Delivery Plan for Spring 2026. Motion carried 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Landgrebe, second by M. Christensen to adjourn the special board meeting with no additional business under consideration. Motion carried 5-0. President Andorf adjourned the meeting at 4:32 PM.
