Stormwater DischargePUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE Hoppe Development plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The storm water discharge will be from grading, construction of 7 multi-family buildings, a community building along with associated drives, parking, and related utility services located in NE & NW ¼ of Section 34, Township 75 North, Range 44 West, Pottawattamie County. Storm water will be discharged from 1 source and will be discharged to the Lake Manawa-Missouri River.
