On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, atthe regularly scheduled meeting of the SacCounty Board of Supervisors held in theBoard of Supervisors' Office at the SacCounty Courthouse, the Board determinedthat it intends to fill the vacancy byappointment, rather than by calling aspecial election, in accordance with IowaCode §§ 69.8(3) and 69.14A(2)(a).
