Please take notice that:
1) Harley V. Foster, Jr. and Michelle J. Foster, of 2005 S. 11th Street, Fort Dodge, IA 50501, have a tax lien of $14,429.00 against real property (Parcel #0732331009) situated in Webster County, Iowa, described as: Lot 4 in Block 5, Haire & Ryan Subdivision, Section 32, Township 89 North, Range 28, West of the 5th P.M., Webster County, Iowa.
2) The above-mentioned tax lien results from our payment of delinquent taxes levied against the above-described property by the County of Webster for the years 2010 through 2024, and includes the amount of taxes paid at and after the tax sale held on June 20, 2011, together with interest, delinquency penalties, redemption penalties, and costs of sale.
3) Such tax lien is evidenced by Certificate #P110022 executed by the Treasurer of Webster County to us on June 20, 2011, after our purchase of the property at the tax sale mentioned above.
