Pursuant to an Order for Service by Publication dated 5/08/2026,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
1. Pursuant to 22 M.R.S.A. § 4052, the State of Maine Department of Health and Human Services has petitioned for a child protection order regarding the following minor children:
Smaknisk Sock was born on May 23, 2013, in Presque Isle, Maine and presently residing in Presque Isle, Maine.
Paqtism Sock was born on February 22, 2015, in Presque Isle, Maine and presently residing in Presque Isle, Maine.
Pagosi Sock was born on January 21, 2016, in Presque Isle, Maine and presently residing in Presque Isle, Maine.
2. a. The legal parent(s) and/or custodian(s) of the child(ren) are:
Lisa Ruest of Presque Isle, State of Maine and Thomas Sock of whereabouts unknown.
3. A hearing on the Petition for the Child Protection Order will be held at the Presque Isle District Court, at 27 Riverside Dr., Presque Isle, Maine, on 8/06/2026 at 3:00 PM.
4. Parents and custodians are entitled to legal counsel in these proceedings. If you want an attorney but are unable to afford one, you should contact the Court at the telephone
