NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Notice is hereby given by Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as PI Trustee of the Freddie Mac Participation Interest Trust, Series 2021-1 that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered January 20, 2026 by the Skowhegan District Court, in Case No. SKODC-RE-2024-00018, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Jeffrey P. The property is located at 498 Hartland Road, Athens, Maine. The sale will be by public auction.
