NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The members of the Board of the Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) will meet in person at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The location of the meeting is at FAME's office at 5 Community Drive, Augusta, Maine, and on conference call/Microsoft Teams if preferred. Conference call/Teams participation is preferred for members of the public due to space limitations. As of May 14, 2026, the action items include: the Approval of FAME's New Compliance Policy; Approval of the Technology Modernization Contract; and, Approval of MPELN Underwriting Modifications. Some items may be discussed in Executive Session. For further information on this meeting or to obtain Teams/conference call information, contact Lisa Gardner at lgardner@famemaine.com.
