NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE Traffic Movement Permit Please take notice that 7 Brews Coffee Attn: David Karr 3538 North Highway 112, #1, Fayetteville, AR 72704 (479) 358-9274 is intending to file a Traffic Movement Permit application with the Maine Department of Transportation pursuant to the provisions of 23 M.R.S.A. § 704 - A on or about May 8, 2026 The application is for A development consisting of a 510 SF 7Brew Coffee Shop (with standalone cooler) with Two Drive-Through Lanes. The project is forecast to generate 506 weekday trip ends, and 130 & 48 trip ends during the AM & PM peak hours of the generator traffic respectively. at the following location: The proposed development is to be located off Mullen Way in Brewer, ME. The site is bound by Wilson Street to the west, State Street to the east, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust to the south, and Mullen Way to the north. The property is identified on Brewer's Tax Map #50 Lot #13 . The site is proposed to be accessed via two full movement curb cuts along Mullen Way. Any interested party may request in writing to participate in the MaineDOT scoping meeting for the subject project no later than 20 days after the application is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing. Requests shall be sent to the State Traffic Engineer, 16 State House Station, Augusta, ME 04333. Public comments on the application pertaining to either congestion or safety will be accepted throughout the processing of the application. The application will be filed for public inspection at the Department of Transportation Region office (Hogan Road - Bangor) during normal working hours.
