Jay Cox of 14 Strout Road LLC is requesting Final Major Subdivision Review and a Resource Protection Permit for a 34 lot/unit development located on Spurwink Ave (R5-24, 30 (partial)), Sec. 16-2-4, Major Subdivision Completeness and Public Hearing and Sec. 19-8-3, Resource Protection Permit Completeness and Public Hearing. St. Alban's lot split Site Plan Amendment. Philip Walsh, representing St. Alban's Episcopal Church, located at 885 Shore Road (U4-64/64A), are requesting a Site Plan Amendment to create a separate lot for the Rectory, Sec. 19-9, Site Plan Completeness and Public Hearing Live broadcast on CETV, livestream and remote participation re offered as a convenience when technology is available and operational. In the event technology is not available or there is a disruption in service and communication cannot be restored, the expectation is that the meeting will continue.
