Town of Durham, Maine Public Hearing Notice The Durham Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Durham Fire Station, 615 Hallowell Road, Durham, Maine, to consider proposed amendments to the Durham Land Use Ordinance in advance of the June 13, 2026, Town Meeting. The proposed amendments include: 1. Minor Policy Changes – Provisions for back lots & private ways; expansion of nonconforming structures; subdivision road buffers; fire protection water supplies; cannabis cultivation; manufactured housing & accessory apartments; and, road frontage determination. 2.
