NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of Ellsworth, Maine Proposed Downtown Public Restroom Facility Project Notice is hereby given that the City of Ellsworth City Council will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2026, 6:00 p.m. at 1 City Hall Plaza, Ellsworth, ME 04605. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed installation, construction, and operation of a public restroom facility to be located in the parking lot of 1 City Hall Plaza, Ellsworth, ME 04605. Project Description & Summary The proposed project involves the construction of a permanent, ADA-accessible, two-stall facility aimed at providing sanitary services to visitors and residents in the downtown district. The project is slated to be funded through the Beckwith Hill Tax Increment Financing District revenues from FY2027.
