TOWN OF GRAY Notice is hereby given that the Town of Gray Planning Board will host a public hearing and review virtually only on Microsoft Teams on Thursday, May 21 at 7 p.m. on a request by Loon Island LLC, for review of a proposal to amend the site plan for the 35.6 +/- acre lot at Tax Map 043, Lot 404-176-000 in the Commercial and RRA zoning districts and the Shoreland Zoning districts of Limited Commercial and Resource Protection. This is an amendment to a 2023 site plan conditional approval for 45 Portland Road, Map 43, Lot 404-176-001, which is to be merged into Lot -000, and is an expansion of the existing retail trade use. The proposal is subject to site plan amendment, major site plan and conditional use reviews, and to MDEP preservation area restrictions and the Shoreland Zoning standards.
