Public Hearing — 14 Serenity Drive, Harpswell, ME

Public Notice of Intent to File Craig J. Davis, 14 Serenity Drive, Harpswell, ME 04079; is intending to file a NRPA permit application with the Maine DEP pursuant to the provisions of 38 MRSA 480-A thru 480-BB. Application is for Replacement of existing 130 sq.feet of retaining wall. New construction of 4'X16' upland stairs to 6'X56' fixed dock, 3'x48'seasonal ramp, 12'X20'seasonal float and 4'X16' stairs to the beach. A request for a public hearing or a request that the Board of Environmental Protection assume jurisdiction over this application must be received by the Department in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing.  Public comment on the application will be accepted throughout the processing of application. Application will be filed for public inspection at the DEP office in Portland during normal business hours and may also be seen at the Town Office in Harpswell, ME. Written public comments may be sent to the MDEP, Southern Maine Regional Office, 312 Canco Road, Portland, ME  04103, where the application is filed.
