NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Kennebunkport Board of Selectmen, acting in their capacity as the Victualer's Licensing Board, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Kennebunkport Village Fire Station, 32 North Street, Kennebunkport, Maine to consider a new application for Victualer's Licenses for Donovan Development LLC d/b/a Cape Porpoise Motel located at 12 Mills Road, in accordance with the provisions of the Victualer's Licensing Ordinance adopted by the Town on March 21, 2000.
