NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Select Board of the Town of Orrington will hold a Public Hearing to discuss proposed amendments to the Town Charter as prepared by the previously appointed Town Charter Committee.     

The Public Hearing shall convene at 6:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026 in the Orangetown Meeting Room located at the Orrington Town Office 1 Municipal Way Orrington.

Copies of the proposed Charter and amendments can be viewed at the Town office during normal business hours, on the Towns website (www.Orrington.Org) or by contacting the Town Manager, Chris Backman, at Manager@Orrington.Org.
