City of Saco, Maine Planning Board Legal Notice Tuesday, May 19, 2026 – 6:00 PM 300 Main Street, Second Floor Auditorium, Saco ME Workshop items begin at 6:00 PM – Meeting begins at conclusion of any workshop items Legal Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, immediately following any workshop items, the Saco Planning Board will be holding public hearings (in addition to other scheduled/continued public hearings) for the following agenda items:  1. 952 Portland Road (Map 62, Lot 19) | Route One Gas, LLC Public Hearing and Continued Application Review: Site Plan and Conditional Use application to construct a gas station and convenience store in the Portland Road (PR) zoning district. 2. 83 Jenkins Road (Map/Lot 89-32, 89-32-1) Goosefare Crossing Estates Subdivision, Proposed 8-lot subdivision (Blueberry Realty, LLC) Public Hearing and Continued Application Review in the West Residential (WR) Zoning District.
