NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT AND DRAFT AVAILABILITY
2026 ANNUALACTION PLAN
FOR CDBG, ESG, HOME and HTF
The Maine State Housing Authority and the Department of Economic and Community Development are
drafting the Annual Action Plan for 2026 which identifies annual goals, priorities, and objectives under the
State's 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. Citizens are encouraged to comment.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the State of Maine to publish an
Annual Action Plan. The 2026 Annual Action Plan will identify the annual goals, priorities, and objectives for
using the following sources of funding:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG)
HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME)
Housing Trust Fund (HTF)
