PUBLIC NOTICE The York Beach Fire Department and York Village Fire Department are jointly pursuing an upgrade to their Emergency Medical Services (EMS) licensure, seeking approval from Maine EMS to operate at the Paramedic level. Currently permitted at the Advanced EMT level, both departments have been working collaboratively to expand their capabilities and enhance the level of pre-hospital care available to the York community.
