North Shore Community College ("NSCC"), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified and licensed Contractors for the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency-response services for commercial kitchen equipment located at the Danvers and Lynn campuses of NSCC. Contractors must be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for emergency response and coordinate non-emergency work to minimize disruption to college operations. The contract type shall be a hybrid of fixed-price scheduled preventive maintenance (priced annually for each contract year) and time-and-materials corrective maintenance (priced at hourly labor rates plus parts and materials at the bid markup percentage). The term of this contract shall be for the period of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional years in one-year increments, at the discretion of the College. The initial term is expected to commence on or around 7/1/2026   6/30/2029. This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted.
