ampipe Replacement
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Au-
thority is commencing the procurement
process for the following:
RFP# 59-26: The Massachusetts Bay
Transportation Authority (“MBTA” or “Au-
thority”) seeks to make repairs to the ste-
ampipe system at the Everett Maintenance
Facility located in Everett, MA. The work
shall be in accordance with the drawings
and technical specifications prepared by
Avid Engineers dated March 24, 2026.
Bidders will be required to comply with all
applicable Equal Employment Opportunity
Laws and Regulations, DBE Laws and Reg-
ulations, Buy America (U.S. Content) and
other regulations as required. Bidders will
be required to certify that they are not on
the Comptroller General's List of Ineligible
Contractors.
