Request for Bids The Town of Pelham invites sealed bids for all labor, material, equipment and incidentals required to construct the Pelham Village Center Water and Sewer Improvements. Digital copies of the bid documents can be obtained by emailing publicworks@amherstma.gov.  Bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, to the Town of Amherst's Public Works Office where the bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time.  The Town of Pelham reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.
