Public Notice The Revere Housing Authority (RHA) is soliciting responses to this Request for Legal Services in connection with collective bargaining and employment law. These services will be required on an as-needed basis. The RHA will not provide a retainer fee but will reimburse the Attorney for time spent on cases and work assigned at an hourly rate. The attorney will also be reimbursed for approved out of pocket expenses related to the service provided. The contract is for one (1) year with two (2) options to renew at one-year intervals, unless at the end of the contract term the RHA determines that a time extension is necessary to fulfill its obligations and requirements. The RFS may be obtained by emailing ctempesta@revereha.com or by downloading it from the RHA's website at www.revereha.com under bidding opportunities. Responses must be submitted in digital pdf form to ctempesta@revereha.com and received no later than 2:00 p.m. p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The RHA will not accept, or review responses received after the designated submission deadline and reserves the right to extend the time for receipt of responses by Addendum.
