To the above named Samuel Dewey Stocks, Jr., Sara Schle-
icher and SOS Roofing & Masonry, Inc., you are hereby sum-
moned, and required to serve upon Jonas Jacobson, plain-
tiff's attorney, whose address is 2067 Massachusetts Ave.,
5th Floor, Cambridge, MA 02140, an answer to a certain
complaint filed in the Middlesex Superior Court on October
28th, 2025, which is hereby served upon you, per order of
the Middlesex Superior Court dated April 14th, 2026, within
20 days of the publication hereof, exclusive of the day of
