and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Service-
members Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq):
NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing
claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real
property in Dorchester, numbered 117 Fairmount Street,
given by Iris Godfrey and Zelda Godfrey to Bank of Amer-
ica, N.A., dated February 23, 2007, and recorded in Suffolk
County Registry of Deeds in Book 41348, Page 25, and now
held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this
court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defen-
dants' Servicemembers status.
