TO: James L. Mayo a/k/a James Mayo
and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemem-
bers Civil Relief Act, 50 U.S.C. c. 50 §3901 (et seq):
Rocket Mortgage, LLC, s/b/m Nationstar Mortgage, LLC
claiming to have an interest in a Mortgage covering real prop-
erty in Waltham, numbered 46 Wheelock Road, given by James
L. Mayo to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
mortgagee, as nominee for GN Mortgage, LLC, its successors
and assigns, dated October 29, 2004, and recorded in Middle-
sex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 44007,
Page 269, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated
June 1, 2025, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book
84206, Page 123, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment,
has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of
Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
